I’ve been off the grid for a couple of days while I made my way out to the mountains. 20 hour car ride with 2 preschoolers means I’ve been eating pretty terribly. I think a stop at Applebee’s was the highlight of my culinary experiences en route. And that’s really not saying very much. But now I’ve made it to one of the most beautiful places on earth. I’ll be cooking some, and I’ll be reviewing some restaurants. Plus I’m going to make it to at least some of the Park City Food and Wine Festival . I’ve already been up in my first chair lift and am loving every minute!
