		<description>Thanks! I wouldn&#039;t hesitate to change the butter for olive oil - I see no problem there.  The cream to 2% is definitely going to change the texture, but it won&#039;t ruin it.  If you can spare the calories, I&#039;d splurge for the cream.  But then again, if you never try it with the cream, you won&#039;t know to be disappointed.</description>
