I have similiar one. I'm also from the midwest. When I interviewed for this job, all my friends asked what I was going to eat after they looked at the menu. I was just as nervous (my parents were thrilled when I left for college so they could go out to whatever restaurant they wanted)! However, I LOVE Z'Tejas and all the chiles, chipotle, etc. now.
