I know the postings have been super light this month so I’m working on getting back into a habit of regular posts. It’s not that I haven’t been cooking, just a tremendous amount of it is from my Meal Delivery Service Menu and most of those things I’ve already blogged!
In, other news I have a brand new goddaughter this week who is absolutely perfect! I’m racing back and forth between the hospital and the stove, which for me is total bliss.
This week’s orders have a wide variety and a lot of great ideas! So far this week our menu entails:
Thursday: Lasagna [1] and Molten Chocolate Cakes [2]
Friday: French Onion Soup [3], Cream of Asparagus Soup [4], Chicken Marsala [5] with Gluten Free Pasta, Chicken with Monterey Mushroom Blend [6], Roasted Whole Chicken [7] with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Roasted Asparagus [8], Roasted Zucchini [9], and Twice Baked Potatoes
Monday: French Dip Sandwiches, thinly sliced prime rib with horseradish cream and au jus served with baked potatoes
Tuesday: Turkey Scallopini served over Angel Hair Pasta [10] – gluten free available
