Tonight’s Recipe: Chicken Avgolemono
Avgolemono is a Greek sauce comprising predominantly of chicken broth, lemon and egg. The thickened result is like a cream sauce, but much healthier and delicious.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken tenders
